All exterior modifications to homes in Maplewood Heights require approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before work begins. These guidelines ensure our community maintains its attractive, cohesive appearance.

What Requires Approval

• Exterior paint color changes
• Fence installation or replacement
• Landscaping changes to front yard
• Deck, patio, or pergola construction
• Roof replacement (material and color)
• Solar panel installation

How to Submit a Request

Complete the ARC Request Form available at the management office or on the resident portal. Include a description of the project, photos, material samples, and a timeline. The committee reviews requests within 30 days.
