About Maplewood Heights HOA

Maplewood Heights Homeowners Association was established in 2003 to preserve property values, maintain common areas, and foster a strong sense of community among our 342 homes.

Our Mission

To maintain and enhance the quality of life in Maplewood Heights by responsibly managing community resources, enforcing fair and consistent standards, and creating opportunities for neighbors to connect.

Governance

The HOA is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors elected by homeowners for staggered 2-year terms. The board meets monthly on the third Tuesday at 7:00 PM in the clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Dues

Monthly assessments are $185 per household and cover landscaping, amenity maintenance, insurance, management fees, and reserve contributions.
