Community Amenities Guide

Maplewood Heights offers six community amenities available to all residents in good standing. Here is everything you need to know about accessing and enjoying our shared facilities.

Swimming Pool

Open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Hours: 10 AM - 8 PM daily. Resident passes required.

Clubhouse

Available for private events. Holds up to 80 guests. Reserve online through the resident portal. $100 deposit required.

Fitness Center

Open 5 AM - 10 PM daily. Keycard access for residents. Equipment includes treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and weight machines.

Playground

Two playgrounds designed for ages 2-5 and 5-12. Open dawn to dusk.

Walking Trails

1.5 miles of paved walking trails through natural areas. Dog-friendly with waste stations.

Tennis Courts

Two courts available on a first-come, first-served basis. Court shoes required.
