Spring Landscaping and Maintenance Schedule

Our annual spring maintenance program begins April 1. Please review the schedule below and ensure your property is prepared for the following community-wide projects.

Schedule

• April 1-7: Common area mulching and flower bed planting
• April 8-14: Tree trimming along main boulevards
• April 15-21: Irrigation system activation and testing
• April 22-30: Playground equipment inspection and repair

Homeowner Reminder

Please complete any exterior home maintenance (painting, fence repair, lawn care) by April 15 to comply with community standards.
