Annual Homeowners Meeting - April 15
The annual homeowners meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 15 at 7:00 PM in the community clubhouse. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

- 2025 financial report and 2026 budget review
- Board election -- 3 open seats
- Proposed amendment to pet policy
- Capital improvement plan presentation
- Open forum for homeowner questions
Homeowners who cannot attend may submit a proxy vote. Proxy forms are available at the management office or on the resident portal.
